How do I choose the right size?
Above, in the Sizes and fit section, you will find the technical drawing of this garment with the actual measurements for each size. The most reliable method is to lay flat a shirt you already own that fits you the way you like, then compare the numbers. If you are between two sizes, choose the more comfortable one.
Where is this garment produced?
In Italy, in our workshop: from yarn to finished garment. Knitting, assembly, finishing, and final quality control all take place in-house. Pasquale Divittorio has been doing this work since 1994.
Can I exchange it if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery for a size exchange or a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and in the packaging in which you received it. Write to us before sending it back.
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
In Italy 6.90 euros, free for orders over 60 euros. For international orders, the cost is displayed at checkout. We prepare your order within 2 business days and hand it over to FedEx. Once the package has shipped: 1-2 business days in Italy, 2-4 in the European Union, 3-5 in the UK and Switzerland, 4-6 in the rest of Europe, 4-7 in the United States and the rest of the world. These are the courier's average delivery times, not a guaranteed date.
How do I wash it?
Follow the label sewn inside, which varies depending on the yarn. In general: delicate wash at a low temperature, inside out, dry flat and never on a hanger. Store it folded.
