Refund policy
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an item.
For orders placed before 11 October 2026, the 30 days stated at the time of purchase still apply.
Condition of the item
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags still attached and in the packaging in which you received it.
How to request a return or an exchange
Write to info@pasqualejimmy.it or on WhatsApp at +39 388 195 4432, with your order number and whether you want a size exchange or a refund. We will reply with the shipping instructions.
Do not send the item before contacting us.

Return shipping costs
The cost of sending the item back to us is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipment: until we receive it, the item travels at your risk.
Items that are defective, damaged or different from those ordered are an exception: in that case the return is at our expense.
Refund
As soon as we receive the item, we check it and write to you to confirm the outcome. The refund is made within 7 business days of receiving the return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Size exchange
If you choose an exchange, we ship the new item as soon as we receive the one to be replaced. If the size you want is not available, we offer you an alternative or proceed with a refund.
Right of withdrawal
The 14 days correspond to the right of withdrawal provided by Italian and European law (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005): you can withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
We refund the price of the item and, if you paid for it, the standard shipping of the order. The cost of sending the item back to us remains at your expense.
Sale items
Items bought on sale can be returned and exchanged exactly like all others, under the same conditions.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit or different from the one ordered, write to info@pasqualejimmy.it right away with your order number and a photo. We take care of it, shipping costs included.
The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code applies to all items.
If the item is a gift
If the item was bought as a gift, contact us: together we will find the best solution among a size exchange, a gift voucher or a refund to the person who placed the order.
