Sizes and fit
How do I choose the right size?
In every product page, in the Sizes and fit section, you will find a technical drawing of that garment with the actual measurements for each size. These measurements vary from model to model: a size L cardigan does not measure the same as a size L polo shirt.
The most reliable method is not to measure your body, but a garment you already own that fits you the way you like. Lay it flat, measure shoulder to shoulder, chest, sleeve length, and total length, and compare the numbers with the drawing. You can find the complete procedure in our Size guide.
I'm between two sizes. Which one should I choose?
Choose the most comfortable one. In knitwear, there is a margin of about one centimeter in length and width because knitted yarn settles. If you prefer, write to us before ordering, indicating the garment and the measurements you took: we will tell you which one to pick.
What sizes do you offer?
From S to 3XL. Not all garments are available in all sizes: the ones actually available for a model are those you see in the menu on its product page.
How does it fit, slim or regular?
It depends on the model. The fit of each garment is indicated in its technical specifications, along with composition, craftsmanship, gauge, and weight.
The garments
Where are your garments produced?
In Italy, in our knitting workshop. From raw material to finished garment: the yarn is processed on knitting machines according to the technique chosen for each model, then assembly and finishing pass from hand to hand before the final check. Pasquale Divittorio has been doing this work since 1994. The process is described in How we produce.
What yarns do you use?
Cotton and wool, pure or blended depending on the model. The exact composition of each garment is written on its product page, garment by garment, without generic formulas. On Yarns and craftsmanship we explain what gauge, weight, and the names of the techniques mean.
What are links, honeycomb, jacquard, herringbone?
These are traditional knitting techniques: different ways of constructing the stitch, which change the structure, thickness, and behavior of the fabric. The one used for each garment is indicated in the technical sheet and we explain them one by one on the Yarns and craftsmanship page.
How do I wash a knit garment?
Always follow the label sewn inside: it changes based on the yarn. In general, delicate wash at low temperature, inside out, no bleach. Dry flat, never on a hanger: the weight of the wet garment will stretch the shoulders. Store it folded, not hanging. Details are in Knitwear care.
Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free to every country we ship to, for any order value and any number of garments. We ship with FedEx from our workshop in Barletta, Italy. The complete conditions are in the Shipping policy.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
We prepare and hand over the order to FedEx within 2 business days of confirmation. From the moment the package leaves, these are the courier's average times:
Italy: 1-2 business days.
European Union: 2-4 business days.
United Kingdom and Switzerland: 3-5 business days.
Rest of Europe: 4-6 business days.
United States and rest of the world: 4-7 business days.
These are average times, not a guaranteed date. Outside the European Union, customs may add a few days. You can find the updated date on the tracking as soon as the package departs.
How do I know where my order is?
When the package leaves, you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking number, and you can follow it from the Track your order page. Tracking becomes active within 48 hours of delivery to the courier. If it hasn't updated for more than two days, write to us: we will check with the courier.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to 50 countries: the European Union, the rest of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The complete list is in the Shipping policy.
Do I have to pay duties or customs fees?
No. There are no duties within the European Union. For shipments outside the European Union, duties, import taxes and customs fees are paid by us. You pay nothing to the courier on delivery.
How can I pay?
With the payment methods you see at checkout. Payment is made at the time of order. You see prices in the currency of your country. The price you pay is the final price: shipping is free and, outside the European Union, duties and customs fees are paid by us.
Returns and exchanges
Can I change the size if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery for a size exchange or a return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags and in the packaging in which you received it. We ship the new garment as soon as we receive the one to be replaced.
How do I request a return?
Write to us at info@pasqualejimmy.it or on WhatsApp at +39 388 195 4432, indicating the order number and whether you want a size exchange or a refund. We will reply with instructions. Do not ship the garment before contacting us.
Who pays for return shipping?
Shipping costs to send the garment back to us are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend tracked shipping. The exception is for garments that are defective, damaged, or different from those ordered: in that case, the return is at our expense. The complete conditions are in the Returns and refunds policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 7 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes, under the same conditions as all other garments.
